About James
James Halls studied at the internationally renowned Writtle College School of Design, completing a National Diploma in Amenity Hortculture, an RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture and completed the College Diploma in Garden Design, achieving a 2.1 in July 2011.
James has always been passionate about horticulture and the natural landscape, growing up on the family farm in Great Waltham and later in Danbury growing and harvesting produce for the family run Farm Shop.
For the past five years James Halls Garden Design has been creating beautiful green spaces for its clients gaining a wide range of experiences and building up strong relationships with clients which enable us to approach the garden design and consultation process in a professional and passionate way.
Away from garden design, James enjoys walks in the countryside with his wife Charlotte and children Zachary and Freya. He is also a keen cricketer, ready to escape to the cricket pitch whenever possible!
