At work
With over 15 years of hands-on experience, James has built a trusted garden maintenance and design business based in the Danbury area. Since 2007, he’s been helping clients transform and care for their outdoor spaces with a blend of creativity, expertise, and down-to-earth reliability.
Qualifications
James has completed a wide range of training at Writtle College in Essex, including a Diploma in Amenity Horticulture, an RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture, and a College Diploma in Garden Design—along with several specialist short courses. This solid foundation means James can confidently handle everything from full garden makeovers to detailed day-to-day care.

When he’s not working in clients’ gardens, James is usually found tending his own or out exploring the countryside with his wife, Charlotte, and their two children, Zachary and Freya and dog Albie.
